ALPSP response to EC green paper ‘Copyright in the Knowledge Economy’ |
|
ALPSP has submitted our response to the latest EC green paper on copyright. Our position is that the current intellectual property regime is working pretty well and striking a good balance between the needs of users and those of rightholders. We therefore do not see the need for any new or expanded Europe-wide copyright exceptions. |
