Payment Options

 

1. Credit Card Payment
The conference accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners.  Credit payments will appear as ‘Conference Logistics Pty Ltd’ on your bank statement. To make payment by Credit Card please login to the Delegate Zone.

2. Cheque Payments
Please send your cheque made payable to ASDS.

3. EFT Payment
Please send your Electronic Funds Transfer to the account below and fax or email remittance advice when the payment has been made. BSB: 06 2909 Account : 10150786 Account Name: ASDS   Bank: Commonwealth Bank of Australia

Payment Terms

  1. Delegates are responsible for payment of their registration fee and other costs.  All invoices will be addressed to the delegate and sent to the delegate.

  2. Accommodation payments must be received 21 days prior the conference.

 

Cancellation Policy
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Symposium after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. All substitutions and cancellations must be made in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.  Cancellations received before 4 January 2009 will be refunded, less an administration fee of $99. Cancellations after 4 January 2009 are not refundable.
