ORDERING A TRANSCRIPT

Note:  To ensure accuracy in processing your transcript request, you are asked to provide the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN). However, your SSN will not appear on your transcript. 

Acceptable forms of payment are checks, credit cards, and Buck I.D. The Office of the University Registrar has a no cash policy effective January 1, 2008.


The Ohio State University (Columbus, Lima, Mansfield, Marion, Newark, and the Agricultural Technical Institute, Wooster, Ohio) is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Secondary Schools as a degree-granting institution at the associate, baccalaureate, masters, professional and doctoral levels.

Note to current students: You have access to your grades via the Buckeyelink web site at http://buckeyelink.osu.edu/advising_degree.html. Degrees do not appear on the transcripts until after the graduation date for the quarter.

An OSU transcript is a complete record of a student's enrollment at OSU, including all undergraduate, graduate, and professional courses. Partial transcripts are not available.

Please do not send your OSU transcript to OSU Admissions in Lincoln Tower. The Office of Admissions will obtain your OSU transcript when they process your application.
