Quarantines

The quarantines listed below are all directed at organisms that are not native to Kansas and the United States.  These organisms are considered high-risk threats to Kansas agriculture and environment.  Quarantine action is intended to reduce the risk of these organisms becoming established and/or widespread in the state.

  • Federal Noxious Weeds
  • Grecian Foxglove
  • Karnal Bunt
  • Purple Loosestrife
