Clicking on a section identified as Adobe Acrobat will allow you to either view or download Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) file.

In order to view and print these files, you must obtain the Adobe Acrobat® Reader , which is available for FREE from Adobe Software. You must download the reader to you personal computer before you can read the document. Follow the directions provided by the Adobe link.

NOTE: If you are currently running a 2.x version of the Adobe Acrobat Reader, we strongly suggest that you upgrade to the latest version.
