PLEASE CONSULT THE APPROPRIATE REGULATIONS BEFORE PURCHASING YOUR LICENSE/PASS/REGISTRATION FOR SEASON DATES TIMES AND INFORMATION.

2008 ANGLING LICENSES ARE STILL VALID THROUGH 04/30/2009. 2009 LICENSES CAN BE PURCHASED STARTING FEBRUARY 18TH 2009.

Step One: You will be asked to indicate whether or not you are a Minnesota resident and provide your identification. This will let us know which Minnesota licenses are available for you to purchase. You will be asked to provide current information about yourself (name, address, birth date, etc.)

Step Two: Select the licenses you want to buy and add them to your shopping cart. (Anyone born on or after January 1, 1980, must have a firearms safety certificate, or equivalent, to obtain a license to hunt or trap in Minnesota).

Step Three: You may use VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to pay for your licenses. A $3.50 convenience fee will be added to your total. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS - NO TRANSFERS - NO EXCHANGES - NO CREDITS

Step Four: Print the confirmation of your purchase and/or print your license. You may use this license to hunt or fish, unless you purchase a license with a kill tag, shelter tag, or a snowmobile trail sticker. If you print one of the tag or sticker licenses, you must wait for your license/tag/ sticker to arrive in the mail before hunting, fishing or snowmobiling. All licenses will be mailed to you within 48 hours of your online purchase. You cannot hunt, fish, or use your snowmobile with the confirmation page.

NOTE: Licenses will be printed on-line. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5.2 or better. Click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader.

IF YOUR LICENSE DID NOT PRINT YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM TIME OF PURCHASE TO REPRINT FREE OF CHARGE. TO REPRINT START AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WEBSITE AND ENTER IN YOUR INFORMATION AS IF YOU WERE STARTING A NEW LICENSE PURCHASE. ONCE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN ENTERED ANY LICENSE(S) AVAILABLE FOR REPRINT WILL APPEAR AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.

A SNOWMOBILE STATE TRAIL STICKER IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PERSONS OPERATING A SNOWMOBILE ON STATE OR GRANT-IN-AID TRAILS. A 3-YEAR STICKER OPTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION. A ONE YEAR OPTION IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT ANY TIME AT ALL LICENSE AGENT LOCATIONS. IF YOU ARE PURCHASING A TRAIL STICKER ONLINE YOU MUST WAIT FOR THE STICKER TO ARRIVE IN THE MAIL AND AFFIX THE STICKER ON YOUR SNOWMOBILE BEFORE YOU MAY RIDE ON ANY STATE OR GRANT-IN-AID TRAILS.

Step One: You will be asked to identify the type of vehicle you wish to renew and the vehicle’s registration number.

Step Two: You will have the opportunity at this point to verify the vehicle and customer information and make updates as needed to your address.

Step Three: You may use VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express to pay for your licenses.

Step Four: You will get a receipt to print or record. Your registration card and decals will be mailed to you within 48 hours of your online purchase.
