Wholesale Terms:

1. Before placing an order, please fill out our Wholesale Order information. Once we receive it, a wholesale catalog and free samples will be shipped. When placing your first order, we will need a copy of your business license and sales tax ID number.
2. Minimum of $50.00 on wholesale orders. ALL ORDERS once placed may not be cancelled.
3. All first time orders must be prepaid (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, PayPal or money order accepted). First time wholesale orders get a 5% discount on order between $150.00 - $249.99 or 10% discount on an order $250.00 or more. We offer monthly specials and discounts for wholesale accounts.

5. If you have an add on to your order, please contact us ASAP. If the order has not shipped we will add it to the order. Otherwise it will incur a separate shipping charge.
6. Shipping will apply to all wholesale orders. Please refer to the "Wholesale Price List" for shipping charges based on order total. The shipping fees listed below only apply to RETAIL orders. All orders are shipped USPS with delivery confirmation and insurance. An email from USPS will be sent when the order is shipped with the  tracking number for the package(s). Make sure your email address is correct.
7. Canada order will be subject to shipping and handling charges regardless of the order size. Once packaged, the order will be sent to USPS (delivery confirmation and insurance required) for shipping. You will then receive an email or call from taylormadearomatherapy.com to let you know the exact shipping charge and that the order was shippped. We are not responsible for tariff or custom duites fees.
8. We package our items very carefully. If for any reason you receive a package that is damages, leaked, broken or missing items, please contact us with 24 hours. PLEASE KEEP ALL packaging materials, product(s), and boxes for USPS to inspect. If any items were sent in error or incorrect, please contact us with 24 hours. DO not remove any seals, open or use any product(s) you received in error. We will ship your correct items ASAP.
9. Once we receive a delivery confirmation showing your package has been delivered to the address given, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items. You can contact consumer affiars in your local area for compensation.
