The Office of Admissions encourages potential students and their families to visit campus to tour residence halls, classroom buildings and acquaint themselves with Kentucky State University and Frankfort.
The campus tour is designed to exposure Kentucky State University to prospective students. Visitors will have an opportunity to interact with current students and faculty was well as learn about our academic programs. Visitors will also be able to obtain information about the admissions requirements, scholarship eligibility and social activities.
Kentucky State University invites visitors to the campus throughout the year; however the best time to visit the campus is during the weekday when classes are in session. Members of the Student Ambassadors lead campus tours as well as an information session by an Admissions Counselor. In order to offer you the best service imaginable and to provide you with the best possible campus visit, it is recommended that you schedule a campus tour in advance; at least a week's notice is sufficient. Schedule a Visit
Campus tours begin promptly at the designated time and last approximately 1½ hours. The tour will usually begin with an information session, which will include information about housing, financial aid, and extracurricular activities. Following the information session there will be a walking tour of the main campus, which includes visits to academic buildings and the library.
