With the launch of the new NREPP site, this Model Programs Web site is no longer being maintained as an active site. Brief summaries and contact information for programs reviewed by SAMHSA's former Model Programs Initiative are available on these pages:

About the New NREPP

NREPP is an online registry of mental health and substance abuse interventions that have been reviewed and rated by independent reviewers. The purpose of the registry is to assist the public in identifying approaches to preventing and treating mental and/or substance use disorders that have been scientifically tested and can be readily disseminated to the field. The product of a comprehensive, expansion and revision process, the new NREPP is one way SAMHSA is working to improve access to information on tested interventions and speed the transfer of scientific knowledge to the field.
