Fee payments must accompany all registrations by the deadline to qualify for the applicable discount.

What Does the Registration Fee Include?
 
Conference & Student Attendees: The ACES 2008 registration fee provides full participation in the conference including registration materials, an abstract book, customized conference portfolio and canvas tote. As well as morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments; Tuesday’s Welcome Reception, Wednesday’s Poster Session & Networking Reception and lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday.
 
Workshop Fee: This fee includes full participation in the pre-conference workshop of your choosing, morning, mid-day and afternoon refreshments, and a boxed lunch.

Educational Tour Fee: This fee includes lunch, refreshments, transportation and access to tour sites by private guides. Please refer to the web site for detailed field trip information.
 
Guest Fee: The ACES 2008 guest fee allows guests 10 years of age and older to attend the Tuesday Welcome Reception, and the Wednesday Poster Session & Networking Reception.

Defer Payment: Should you need to defer registration payment in order to work with your agency’s accounting practices please select the invoice option when prompted for payment. This will allow you to register your attendance while providing the flexibility to pay by Check at a later date or contact OCI at 352-392-5930 with Credit or P-Card information once travel funds are authorized.

Refund Policy: All refund requests must be received in writing by November 14, 2008. A processing fee of $100.00 will be deducted from all meeting participant refunds, $25.00 from all student and guest refunds and $10 from each educational tour and workshop refund.
 
Special Needs: Participants with special needs can be reasonably accommodated by contacting the Office of Conferences & Institutes at least 21 working days prior to the conference.
