The Office of the Internal Auditor will deliver the highest quality service to assist the Kentucky State University Board of Regents, administration, staff and faculty in the achievement of the university's goals and objectives.
MISSION
The philosophy of the Office of the Internal Auditor is to assist the university in managing risks, including financial, operational and other business risks by measuring and evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of financial, managerial and operational controls and by recommending enhancements or corrective actions. Empowerment is the key. At the same time, accountability, integrity, responsibility and sound business practices are essential to success.
