Fallback plans are required in Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) regions that have less than two plans.  Because of the large number of PDPs participating in the Part D program, CMS is not soliciting bids for Fallback contractors at this time.

CMS will add content to this section when the number of plans in a specifc PDP region approach the two plan threshold.
