WASHINGTON -- On Monday, June 10 at 1 p.m. (CST), Gilbert F. Casellas, Chairman of the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), will hold a press conference in St. Louis to announce the details of a major settlement of an age, race, and disability discrimination lawsuit. The suit was filed against two Fortune 500 companies, one of which is headquartered in St. Louis, involving charges by 43 former employees that they were discriminatorily discharged.

Several individual plaintiffs will be present at the press conference and copies of a press release and the consent decree resolving the lawsuit will be available.

The press conference will be held at EEOC's St. Louis District Office, the Robert A. Young Building, 1222 Spruce Street, 8th floor, Room 8.208.
