The 2007 revision of the National Shellfish Sanitation Program,
Guide For the Control of Molluscan Shellfish, has been posted on the Center for
Food Safety and Applied Nutrition (CFSAN) web site at
http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~ear/nss4-toc.html. This
document supersedes the 2005 Model Ordinance document for the safe and sanitary
control of the growing, processing and shipping of molluscan shellfish. November 13, 2008.
