Abstract:

The AIDS Library has served the community through delivery of HIV information and referral, access to its collections during public service hours, and lending books and videos to those with a free AIDS Library member card. Library staff assists consumers during public service hours; their questions are answered when they visit the library, via telephone, fax, mail or e-mail.
