HEALTH CONSULTATION

LEFFINGWELL ROAD PIPELINE SPILL
BERLIN TOWNSHIP, MAHONING COUNTY, OHIO

RECOMMENDATIONS:

Do not use the well at 17467 Leffingwell Road as a drinking water supply due to the poor quality of the water and the elevated levels of numerous metals in the turbid water in the well. [Resident has been using an alternate drinking water source for some time.]
Resample the well at 17550 Leffingwell Road at both the point of entry (well) and at the point of use (tap) in order for ODH to better determine the safety of this well as a drinking water source.
