Making the Most of Your Museum Visit

Purchasing Tickets at the Museum
Using a credit card, you may purchase tickets for all attractions directly from the ticket kiosks in the main lobby. You may also purchase tickets and exchange passes at the box office. Only one member of your party needs to go to the box office.
There are two ways to reserve tickets:
- Have your membership number and credit card ready for access to special rates and events.
- We do not currently accept any discount passes or coupons online.

- Discount passes may NOT be applied when ordering by phone.
However, member passes can be applied to phone orders. Phone lines get busy during the holidays. To avoid hold time, order at least three weeks in advance and try calling between 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. -
Picking Up Reserved Tickets
All reserved tickets may be picked up at one of the ticket kiosks in the main lobby — bypass the Museum box office! Swipe the same credit card you used to place your order and your tickets will pop right out! Note: To exchange passes, you must go to the box office.
