Farm-to-Table

Farm-to-Table Workshops connect local farmers with local food buyers.  By bringing together farmers, food artisans, food processors, vintners, chefs, bakers, restaurateurs, grocers, and school, hospital, or nursing home food service representatives interested in direct marketing opportunities, we can collaboratively tackle problems facing our regional foodsystem and create innovative and inclusive solutions.  At the workshops we will discuss a variety of issues such as distribution, marketing, farm-to-institution sales, product processing and development, and more.  These workshops are an excellent opportunity for farmer and buyers to network, build successful sales relationships, and converse about the future of food and farming in the Pacific Northwest.
