The National Park Service, Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management, US Fish and Wildlife Service, US Army Corp of Engineers (for facility use fees), Oregon State Parks, and Washington State Parks (for vehicle parking fees at 22 of 120 parks) are all separate federal AND state agencies charging entrance, day-use, facility use, and vehicle parking fees.

A Combination Annual Pass is available in Washington and Oregon that covers these fees for the federal AND state agencies.

The Washington and Oregon Recreation Pass includes the same benefits as the Interagency Annual Pass (covers entrance and day-use fees for federal agencies coast to coast), AND covers facility use fees at US Army Corp of Engineers, day-use fees at Oregon State Parks, and vehicle parking fees at 22 of 120 Washington State Parks.
