What do NCSA Supporters have to say?
"Over ten years ago, our co-op made a commitment to support local farmers and to tell their stories to our customers. But we soon learned that it wasn't enough to just support local...we had to understand and get involved in the politics of food to truly serve our community. From the National Organic Standards to the Farm Bill, NCSA has provided clear information, vital alerts and direct action guidelines that helped us mobilize people who wished to support family farms, healthy food and a vital community life. How would we have made sense of the Farm Bill without you!"
Christine Sloan, Co-founder and General Manager, Hungry Hollow Co-op, NY, 1980-2007.
