Our committment is to provide faculty, staff, students and visitors to KSU the best possible environment for teaching, learning, research and public service activities while preserving features of historic significance that signify KSU’s rich heritage as an HBCU. This is done by translating departmental needs into major capital projects developed to gain the maximum benefit to the University as a whole, consistent with its growth patterns and latest technological enhancements and facility attributes. Capital planning and budgeting, as well as facilities master planning, is implemented through design and construction, including renovations and land acquisitions, capitalizing on traditional and non-traditional means of financing these projects. We endeavor to provide these services with professionalism and enthusiasm.
