Field Day Information
A "field day" is an educational event where producers and other interested clientele have the opportunity to see first hand new crops and alternative enterprises, more efficient ways to manage resources such as water, nutrients, and farmland, strategies to protect their crops and the environment, and how to improve profits.
Field days are often held at the UF/IFAS Research and Education Centers and County Extension offices or on cooperating farms.
