We now offer the ADWR Imaged Records Database which includes many documents and records available for viewing in electronic format.  Requires a free plug-in.  If you experience trouble accessing the ADWR Imaged Records Database, please be sure you are using Internet Explorer 5.x or 6.x.  Netscape (all versions) is no longer supported.

• Well Registry (Files that begin with the prefix ‘55’)

• Surface Water Files (Files that begin with the prefixes ‘33’, ‘36’, ‘38’, ‘3r’, ‘45’, ‘46’, ‘4a’, ‘bb’)
   
• Groundwater Authority Files (Files that begin with the prefixes ‘56’, ‘57’, ‘58’, ‘59’, ‘60’, ‘61’, ‘62’, ‘70’, ‘71’, ‘73’)

What do I need to access imaged records?

• Use a supported Web Browser – Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x and 6.x are supported.
  Download Internet Explorer using the Viewer Download link at the bottom of this page.
  Note: JavaScript must be enabled

• Free PowerWeb viewer plug-in must be downloaded and installed.

• If you are searching for a well registration, you must have the well registration number or the cadastral location (legal description). If you only have an address or parcel number, contact your county assessor’s office to get the legal description. Many of the counties have websites where you can do this yourself.

Viewer Download Center and Icon Descriptions
