Wyoming Secretary of StateState Capital Among the many services of the Secretary of State’s Office, the Corporations Division may be of interest to small businesses and entrepreneurs. The Corporations Division is responsible for the statutory filing of business entities, trademarks and trade names and about 20 miscellaneous filings. It is also responsible for the statutory filing of UCCs to perfect security interests in certain property and the statutory filing of effective financing statements of agricultural products under the Central Filing System.
