Materials listed on this website are updated
weekly. Prices are effective at the time of publishing to the site
and are subject to change without notice. To learn the current price
of any item, search on the item’s title or number, or contact
our office (see “How to Order,” below).
Some items are sold for no charge; there is a minimum shipping and
handling fee of $3.00.

Availability
Not all items in this catalog are available at all times. Some may
be revised at any given time, and others may go out of stock or out
of print. Contact our office (see below) if you’d like to check
price and/or availability before you order.

How to Order
Order materials in any of five ways:
- Use the online shopping cart (credit card information
is sent via an encrypted, secure connection to our payment processors;
your information is secure throughout the ordering process, and
we do not store your credit card information)
- Use the order form to
place an order through U.S. mail. Mail orders to: Publication Orders,

Payments
Payment in U.S. funds must be included with your order. Make your
check, money order, or purchase order payable to Oregon State University.
We accept Visa and MasterCard except, for security reasons, on orders
placed via e-mail.

Discounts
We offer a 25-percent discount on orders of 100 or more copies of
a single publication and a 25-percent discount on orders of 10 or
more copies of a single video, CD, or software program shipped to
one address in the continental United States.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and handling charges apply to the
order subtotal after discounts and/or credits have been applied.
Charges are:
$5.00 or less .................... $3.00
$5.01 to $10.00 ............... $4.00
$10.01 to $20.00 ............. $5.00
$20.01 to $40.00 ............. $6.00
$40.01 to $60.00 ............. $7.00
$60.01 to $80.00 ............. $8.00
$80.01 to $100.00 ........... $9.00
more than $100.00 .......... 10% of order subtotal

Orders will be shipped via U.S. Mail, UPS or Fed Ex Ground.

Return Policy
Returns will be accepted and full credit issued if item is returned
within 3 months of original order date, is the latest edition, and
in like-new condition. Please note: Returns of PNW Pest Management
Handbooks (WEED, PLANT, INSECT) will be accepted only through December
of the year they are printed.
