Mitigation Best Practices Submission Worksheet
If you have a Best Practice story to tell, please print the Submission Worksheet and use it to help assemble the information necessary to tell your story. The Best Practice Submission Worksheet has been designed to help you capture the key elements needed to tell your Mitigation Best Practice story. Our goal is to find examples that highlight a variety of hazards, mitigation actions, funding sources, and Best Practice subjects. Completing the worksheet takes between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours on average.
