Your Gift

Your gift can be made to the Fort Valley State University Foundation in several ways – with cash, securities, real estate, bequests, and personal property. Many corporations offer matching gift programs that double or triple the value of donations from their employees. All contributions are valuable, regardless of size, and all gifts offer tax advantages to donors.

Effective July 1, 2007, four President’s Clubs will be established for individuals who support one or more academic areas (excluding athletics) by contributing to the FVSU Foundation at one of the giving levels below during the fiscal year, July 1–June 30:

  • Founders’ Club - $10,000 and above
  • Gold Club - $5,000 - $9,999
  • Blue Club - $2,500 - $4,999
  • Wildcat Club - $1,000 - $2,499

The above gifts will entitle the donor to be listed in the Foundation’s Annual Report of Giving, to wear the President’s Club Pin for the club giving level, to receive recognition at various events and to receive invitations to the President’s special activities in the year that follows the June 30 deadline. Individuals giving to athletics will not be included in the President’s Clubs. Tickets to athletic events are not included as a benefit to the President’s Club membership. Donors wishing to purchase tickets for athletic events must contact the University’s Auxiliary and Support Services Office at (478) 825-6190 or 825-6532 after April 15 for reserved or general admission tickets.
