Since June 2008, Chan Glidewell has been a pasture and range specialist, helping cooperators achieve their rangeland and pasture management goals. He joined the Noble Foundation in 2001 as the Agricultural Division's forage discipline assistant and worked as a research associate between 2005 and 2008.

Before coming to the Noble Foundation, Glidewell worked as a rangeland management specialist for the Washington State Department of Natural Resources and as a technician at the Grazinglands Research Laboratory near El Reno, Okla.

Glidewell has been a member of the Society for Range Management (SRM) since 1992 and will serve as President of the Oklahoma Section, SRM throughout 2009. He also edits the state section's newsletter, Rangeland Wire.
