Maryland residents have another way to learn about MTA services and initiatives: the MTA Commuter Connections television show. Airing on cable stations across the state, the show brings its viewers important news and information on transit in Maryland.

Hosted by Jawauna Greeme the MTA Director of Communications & Marketing, the 30-minute program is a one-on-one, interview-based show which features guests who provide updates on MTA's various transit modes-MARC, Metro Subway, Light Rail, Mobility/Paratransit, Local Bus, and Commuter Bus. The show shares important information on transit programs and projects and promotes public transit throughout the Baltimore-Washington Region. Commuter Connections is viewed in more than half a million homes throughtout Maryland each month.

"MTA Commuter Connections" brings interesting guests and transit related topics directly to the viewer. The program keeps viewers informed on subjects like the Green Line Project, the Light Rail Signal Prioritization Project, and the latest MARC Train news. It also explores the best transit means to get to some of Maryland's great events like the Maryland State Fair, Artscape, the Preakness and Ravens & Orioles games.
