Usability and Accessibility features of the Intute site

When using this site, you will find a number of features that will help you to find the information you are looking for:

Finding your place in the site - The navigation list on the left of all pages shows each section of the site. The section heading is repeated at the top of each page.

Returning to the home page - When you want to return to the home page, you can click on the Home Link (at the top of the navigation on every page)

Finding extra hints - Each option in the navigation list on the left has a hint, to explain the content found in that section or page. To see the hint, move your mouse over the option.

Increasing the size of the text - If you prefer the font size on the Intute pages to be larger or smaller, you can control this using your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to change the size of the font displayed on the screen either permanently or temporarily. How you increase the font depends upon what browser you are using. Examples of how to increase or decrease fonts in several popular browsers follows:

Provides 5 font sizes (largest, larger, medium, smaller, and smallest). Medium is the default size.

MyIntute is a service in development. It currently requires the use of Javascript, which may lead to accessibility issues. Please note that this does not affect our core functionality. A non-Javascript version is in development.
