Natural ResourcesArkansas is known as the "Natural State" and is blessed with abundant natural resources including lakes, clear streams, forests, wildlife, rich farm lands, and scenic vistas. Our everyday activities can influence this natural environment in positive and sometimes negative ways. We can manage our natural resources for a variety of uses including timber production, watershed protection, conservation, wildlife, and many other uses. In many ways, the continued beauty, productivity, and environmental health of our state depends upon how we manage our natural resources. You will find information on the following pages that can assist you in keeping our state "Natural". Audio/Video
