FFACO Public Notices
As directed by the Federal Facilities Agreement and Consent Order (FFACO), documents submitted by the
U.S. Department of Energy, National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Site Office Environmental
Management Program to the State of Nevada for approval are made available to the general public for
review/comments. Copies of the information are available at the Nuclear Testing Archive located at
755 East Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada and the Carson City Public Reading Room located at Nevada
State Library and Archives located at 100 N. Stewart St. Carson City, NV 89701-4285.
