This service is geared to those who have some knowledge of Holistic Management® and require the skills of a facilitator to assist them in practicing some aspect – forming their first holistic goal, developing a Holistic Management® financial plan or land plan, and so on. Contracts are short term and can range from a few consecutive days of work to a series of sessions over several months, but contracts are generally completed within well under a year. HMI staff services relatively few of these contracts. In most cases, we will refer you to a Certified Educator whose skills and background best meet your requirements.

Holistic Management® International offers, on a limited basis, process consulting in Holistic Management®. This service is generally managed/facilitated by founder Allan Savory or one of our senior staff. At times we also contract or refer this work to one of our Certified Educators – if his/her skills and background clearly match the client’s needs. Operating on a minimum one-year contract, we work with the client to plan a strategy for integrating Holistic Management® in the smoothest, quickest and least costly manner.

Commonly, this involves planning to have appropriate staff trained as internal facilitators or Certified Educators so that the company can become fully independent and self-training for its entire staff. If corporate structure and operating procedures require modification to enhance the practice of Holistic Management®, we help identify and plan the necessary changes.

We then mentor and coach the educators-in-training on the job until they feel confident to continue on their own. The contract is renewable annually until the client feels no need for further intensive help of this nature. Thereafter, because of the relationships established and our knowledge of the players, we can be called upon if needed, but generally encourage self-sufficiency at an early stage.
