Welcome to the Purdue Agronomy Extension Web Site!
The mission of the Purdue Agronomy Extension group is to
develop, integrate, and extend agronomic information and technology that
is timely and relevant to the agricultural and environmental concerns
of the citizens of Indiana, the nation, and the international community.
The Agronomy Extension group is diverse in its educational
efforts. We represent interest areas of crop (corn, soybean, small grains,
forages, canola) management, turf management, crop variety testing, crop
diagnostics, soil fertility, soil management, environmental soil science,
soil conservation, water quality, waste management, waste disposal, large
area remote sensing, soil interpretation, and land use planning.
