Full-Text Literature

In today's Internet environment, member countries make their best efforts to provide either an electronic copy or an electronic link to where the full text of non-conventional literature (NCL) might be obtained. Non-conventional literature, also known as grey literature, can include government reports, some conference literature, and other information that is not published and available from commercial sources. Since 2004, efforts have been expended to add Digitial Object Identifiers or DOIs to records to enable more direct access to the full text of journal articles and other 'conventional' literature directly from publishers. This greatly facilitates access to the documents, especially so for users whose organizations have arrangements with the publishers to enable direct viewing. If these new capabilities or traditional sources for such documents prove unsuccessful, delegates from the countries may be able to help. Please see the Members section for contact information in each country. In some cases, however, members have provided more direct links to their document centers. These are provided here.
