Travelers Aid at Reagan National Airport
Travelers Aid counter locations at Reagan National (click here for Terminal Map). An "Information" sign is posted at each location:

Student Ambassadors
Student Ambassadors are stationed throughout the airport. Look for distinctive yellow shirts bearing the Airports Authority logo. Student Ambassadors are high school and college students from around the local area who are here at your service to provide information, directions and other assistance.
