Infrastructure Financing
- CDBG Community Development Grants - Under the community development of the CDBG program, public infrastructure includes projects such as water and sewer lines, streets, curbs, gutters and storm drainage and water supply and storage.
- CDBG Economic Development Infrastructure Grants - The purpose of economic development infrastructure is to provide public improvements, such as the extension of roads and water and sewer lines, to sites for the benefit of a specific business.
- Business Ready Communities Grant and Loan Program - The program provides financing for publicly owned infrastructure that serves the needs of businesses and promotes economic development within Wyoming communities.
Federal Programs
- Federal Mineral Royalty Grants and Loans - Counties, Municipalities, Joint Powers Boards, and certain special districts may apply for these grants to: alleviate an emergency situation which poses a direct and immediate threat to health, safety or welfare or; to comply with a federal or state mandate or; to provide an essential public service.
