Submitting Research Proposals

On October 28, 2008, MMS Technology Assessment and Research (TA&R) Program announced a call for white papers addressing Hurricanes Gustav and Ike and other safety projects. Please only submit white papers on the topics listed and follow the instructions for the request. This announcement closes on November 28, 2008. This announcement gives the prospective clients instructions on how to respond and send in their proposals to MMS for review. Announcement number M09PS00003.

The site is located at http://www.FedBizOpps.gov/.

MMS has suggested guidelines that you may follow if your white paper results in a future request for a full proposal. The purpose is to provide consistency in proposals to expedite the review process. PDF. (20 KB)
