Race categories in the national table have changed since 2001. Data for 2001 and later years may not be comparable to data from previous years.

State tables are age-adjusted to the 2000 standard population.

Recommended hospital care received by Medicare patients with pneumonia. Percent of high-risk persons (e.g., COPD) age 18-64 who ever received a pneumococcal vaccination.
