The Metals Processing Laboratory Users (MPLUS) activity was an officially designated U.S. DOE, Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, Industrial Technologies Program, Industrial Materials for the Future user facility at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

The goal of MPLUS was to work with industries, universities, and other organizations in helping to meet the mission of industries of the Future efforts. The MPLUS efforts were typically high risk feasibility research and development (R&D) activities that helped the development and implementation of new and emerging technologies.
