      Making Their Own Way

      In Ecuador's Amazonian rain forest live some of the world's most unusual chocolate entrepreneurs. A group of Quichua people, with the help of volunteers, have created their own chocolate, known as Kallari bars (pronounced kai-YAH-ri), which in Quichua means both "to begin" and "the early times."
