 Information by State
 Print version

HUD Resources
 -   Homeownership Centers
 -   Preservation and Protection
 -   Mortgagee Letters

What's New
When servicers have preservation and protection issues that cannot be resolved by the M&M's front line staff person, they can escalate the issue to the M&M contractor. This list has the names of senior individuals at the M&M's office to whom the P&P issue can be escalated.

These pages contain the most current HUD Cost Allowable schedules taken from the HUD Mortgagee Letters and are intended for organizations and individuals involved in preserving and protecting HUD properties.
