Behind in house payments or facing foreclosure?
Foreclosure can often be prevented. DO NOT ignore letters from your lender. Act now by taking one of the following 3 steps:
 -   Contact a HUD-approved Housing Counselor for foreclosure prevention counseling, or a
 -   Look up Minnesota Foreclosure Prevention Agency to learn about foreclosure prevention workshops going on throughout the state before it's too late; or
 -   Contact the HOPE NOW Hotline at (888) 995-HOPE
