Dear Colleague,

You are invited to provide comments on the Second Draft (Parts A and B) of CCSP Synthesis and Assessment Product 2.1, Scenarios of Greenhouse Gas Emissions and Atmospheric Concentrations and Review of Integrated Scenario Development and Application. This report is one of 21 synthesis and assessment products being prepared by the Climate Change Science Program (CCSP).

This draft has been prepared in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Final Product 2.1 Prospectus that was posted on this site on December 14, 2005.  

Comments received during the 45-day public comment periods will be taken into consideration by the Lead Authors in the preparation of a third draft, as required by the Guidelines for Producing CCSP Synthesis and Assessment Products available at www.climatescience.gov. Once the revisions are complete, the third draft of the Synthesis and Assessment Product will be submitted to the CCSP Interagency Committee for approval.
