Figure H.1 is a 3-bar graph, representative of the number of NHQR core measures showing significant improvement, no significant change, or significant deterioration over 2 or more years. The first vertical bar indicates 2 core measures were found to have experienced significant deterioration. A second and taller vertical bar indicates 12 core measures were found to have experienced no significant change. The third and tallest vertical bar indicates 26 core measures were found to have experienced significant improvement.
