Submitting an Electronic Version of Your Presentation

Following the workshop, a DVD and website will be produced that will include the electronic presentations of all invited speakers as well as electronic versions of all presented posters. Thus, we encourage all presenters to submit an electronic copy of their presentations prior to the workshop.

  • The presentations must be in Powerpoint, Word, or PDF format.
  • Please send us your presentation file and any supporting files (e.g., movies) to (If you encounter a problem in doing so, send an e-mail to ). A second option is to burn a copy of the file(s) to a CD or DVD and mail to the following address prior to the workshop:

Climate Change Science Program Office
Workshop Poster
1717 Pennsylvania Ave. NW, Suite 250
Washington , DC   20006

If you are unable to transmit an electronic copy of your presentation prior to the workshop, you may hand-deliver the file(s) to workshop staff at the registration/information desk.   Please provide the file(s) on one of the following forms of media (please mark it with lead author’s name):

- CD-ROM a.k.a CD-R (CD-RW not recommended)

- DVD

Workshop staff will have limited ability to copy files from USB memory sticks/pen drives (any brand as long as they do not require drivers) if presenters are willing to leave them with the staff for a short period.

NOTE: The presentations that we receive by November 8 will be loaded onto the appropriate presentation computer at the workshop. However, you must also bring a backup copy on a memory stick or CD.
