If your paper is ever missing, wet, torn or incomplete, simply call our customer service center
at (206) 464-2121 or (800) 542-0820.
We offer redelivery service from 5:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and
7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. weekends and holidays. (Redelivery not available in all areas.)
Our normal business hours are:
Monday through Friday 5:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays 7 a.m. - noon
GOING ON VACATION?
We can make your vacation even more enjoyable by stopping your newspaper service while you're away. Your account will be credited or you can help out local schools and give those papers to the Newspapers In Education program.
