Electronic SubmittalsThe Electronic Submittals Web page allows certain information pertaining to licensing actions, associated hearings, and other regulatory matters to be transmitted to the agency electronically. The application ensures that documents sent to us via the Internet are secure and unaltered during transmission. For other communications with the Agency, see our Contact Us page. Almost all agency hearings require the use of electronic submissions. The final rule took effect October 15 and applies to new proceedings officially announced on or after that date. Submit Documents Please note that a digital certificate is required in order to submit documents.
