Application of the 'Kew Rule', whereby priority of epithets within a genus was taken from the date when a specific epithet was first associated with that generic name - new combinations not given when epithets were transferred from one genus to the other, and basionym author not given in parenthesis before publishing author.

Geographical names and explanatory notes given in Latin.

Volume numbers for cited references given in Roman numerals.
