Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest Fees
Who is covered?
Every generator of special waste (hazardous or nonhazardous) who generates
more than 100 kg (220 pounds) of special waste per month must use a uniform
hazardous waste manifest for each shipment of waste released to a permitted
transporter. The Uniform Hazardous Waste Manifest may be purchased from any
USEPA-approved vendor, or from Illinois EPA.
